losing vidic and o'shea in quick succession through injury affected the team's overall performance in the first half. wigan did well holding off man u's front line which consisted of rooney, tevez, ronaldo and giggs.
second half was a totally different story as the team came out fighting, which resulted in tevez's first goal and quickly followed by ronaldo's header to lead 2-0. another ronaldo's tap-in and rooney's header make it the highest score by man u in the season thus far. (pics by soccernet)
